Dr Mobbs is one of Australia's leading specialists in dementia, concussion and CTE (chronic traumatic encephalopathy). She specialises in cognitive disorders, including all types of dementia such as Alzheimer's disease, CTE, Parkinson's disease, Lewy body disease, alcohol related dementia, normopressure hydrocephalus and vascular dementia. For Alzheimer's disease, she is Director of the infusion service, offering anti-amyloid infusion therapy with Donanemab. She also sees patients with hyperhidrosis, headaches, and migraine. Dr Mobbs provides Botox therapy and EEG expertise.
Dr Mobbs can see patients injured in motor vehicle accidents (CTP) and workplace injuries (Workers' Compensation). 
Dr Mobbs is also able to provide medicolegal expert opinions.
Having represented Australia at the World Championships in fencing and modern pentathlon, Dr Mobbs profoundly understands the needs of elite athletes, professional sportsmen, and sportswomen. Dr Richard (Yitong) Shao is a neurologist and neurophysiologist. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Melbourne and undertook specialist Neurology training at multiple tertiary hospitals, including Westmead Hospital, Liverpool Hospital in Sydney and Western Health in Melbourne.
Dr Shao completed subspecialty fellowships in neurophysiology, neuroimmunology, and movement disorders.

He has a particular expertise in the management of neuromuscular conditions, multiple sclerosis and stroke. His procedural skills include neurophysiological testing such as nerve conduction studies and needle electromyography, as well as therapeutic interventions including botulinum toxin
injections and nerve blocks.
Dr Shao is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) and the Australian and New Zealand Association of Neurologists (ANZAN). He is a Conjoint Lecturer with the University of Sydney and is actively involved in medical student education. He also serves as an Honorary Research Fellow at Westmead Hospital, where he is engaged in ongoing research into amyloidosis-related neuropathy.

Dr Shao is a native speaker of Mandarin and offers consultations in both English and Chinese.

Jenny Batchelor is an AHPRA-Endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist. She holds a Bachelor of Behavioural Science from La Trobe University, a Master of Science (Clinical Neuropsychology) from Melbourne University, and a PhD in Clinical Neuropsychology from Macquarie University. Since 1995, she has been employed as a lecturer at Macquarie University, teaching in the postgraduate programs in Clinical Neuropsychology. She has a particular interest in improving health outcomes following traumatic brain injury and CTE, and has extensive publications in that area. Jenny is the leader of the Concussion and Repetitive Head Trauma Research Group and a founding member of the Concussion Connect program at Macquarie University.

Sharon is an AHPRA-endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist with extensive experience assessing and managing various conditions across the lifespan, including, but not limited to, neurodevelopmental disorders, acquired brain injuries, neurodegenerative conditions, and psychological and behavioural disorders. In addition to her clinical work, Sharon is a course convenor with the Royal Australasian College of Physicians, where she runs an external clinical neuropsychology training module for medical graduates undertaking specialist training in rehabilitation medicine. She has supervised postgraduate clinical neuropsychology trainees for many years and regularly lectured on psychological assessment in the clinical context. 

Catherine is a highly experienced neurophysiology technician who assists Harbour Neurology in testing such as nerve conduction studies, electromyography and electroencephalography (EEG).

Dr Fois has a subspecialty interest and training in movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease, tremor, dystonia, and the injection of botulinum toxin for the treatment of neurological symptoms. He is passionate about using telehealth to extend the reach of neurological care in Australia and sees patients from all over Australia.

Dr Fois graduated Dux of Sydney Grammar School with a UAI of 100 and completed his first degree in Advanced Science at the University of Sydney, graduating with the University Medal. He then travelled to Oxford University for his medical degree. He completed his postgraduate training in Cambridge (Addenbrooke’s Hospital) and Sydney (Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital and Westmead Hospital). 

He has completed the Movement Disorders Fellowship at Westmead Hospital and completed a PhD funded by a grant from the Brain Foundation and an NHMRC Postgraduate Scholarship. His research is focused on tremor, and he has authored several publications and book chapters on the subject of tremor and movement disorders.

Dr Chris Kwan is a General and Stroke Neurologist with an additional background in General Medicine. He has completed Neurology training at the Royal North Shore and St George Hospitals, as well as completing Stroke Fellowships at the Prince of Wales and Princess Alexandra Hospitals. Dr Kwan can also provide Botox therapies and has experience in the management of headache disorders, vertigo, epilepsy and stroke. ​ He is currently completing a PhD on the role of AI radiomics in neuroimaging for hyperacute stroke management in a telestroke setting, supported by an NHMRC grant. His research excellence in this field was recently recognised with the Best Acute Care Research award for ANZSO. Additionally, he holds a Conjoint Lecturer title at the University of New South Wales and remains actively involved in the education of medical students.

Tanya is an AHPRA-endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist with extensive clinical experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of a broad range of neurological, neuropsychiatric, and behavioural conditions. She has worked in a senior role in the Cognitive Disorders Service at a major Sydney hospital for over two decades, and has particular interest and expertise in geriatric neuropsychology, differential diagnosis of dementia, atypical neurodegenerative syndromes, cognitive intervention, and neuropsychological rehabilitation. In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Tanya has been employed as a lecturer at Macquarie University for many years and remains actively involved in the supervision of postgraduate neuropsychology trainees and new graduates.

Michelle is an AHPRA-endorsed Clinical Neuropsychologist with a Master of Clinical Neuropsychology from Macquarie University and extensive experience across rehabilitation, private practice, and inpatient settings. She brings a unique clinical background to the team, having previously worked with the Department of Defence and the Department of Veterans' Affairs.   Michelle specialises in the neuropsychological assessment of cognitive changes resulting from traumatic brain injury (TBI) and repetitive concussions, particularly within sports and military contexts. Her broad expertise also encompasses the diagnosis and management of neurodegenerative and neurodevelopmental conditions, including dementia, epilepsy, ASD, and ADHD.   Dedicated to objective, evidence-based care, Michelle focuses on identifying both the immediate and long-term impacts of head trauma. She provides tailored rehabilitation plans and strategies to help patients manage difficulties with memory, attention, and emotional regulation, ultimately supporting their daily functioning and overall quality of life.  

Tony brings extensive executive experience to Harbour Neurology. He oversees practice administration and is dedicated to ensuring a caring, patient-centred experience while supporting our specialist clinical team in delivering exceptional neurological care.
