Neurophysiology
We provide nerve conduction studies NCS and electromyography EMG with an efficient and high standard of care. If you are on blood thinners (anticoagulants) prior to testing please advise our team.
Neuropsychology
Are you worried about dementia? We have a team of neuropsychologists expert in assessing cognitive functioning across all areas of brain disorders using length cognitive mapping. We can help you understand memory loss, inattention, ADD/ADHD, frontal or executive functioning, visual brain disorders, language and speech disorders. A comprehensive report is provided for best management integrating complex information and the need for cognitive monitoring.

Dr Abraszko graduated from the University of Medicine Wroclaw, Poland with Honours before completing her specialist Neurosurgery training in both Europe and Australia.

Alzheimer's Infusion Therapy
Did you know that we offer infusion therapy for Alzheimer's disease?
After over a century of research, the new age of anti-amyloid therapies are here, with the aim of slowing Alzheimer's disease by up to 35%. Kisunla (Donanemab) targets the bad amyloid protein that builds up around neurons in Alzheimer's disease, causing plaques. There eventually trigger dysfunction, inflammation, and a degenerative loss of neurons leading to functional decline.

The hope is that by targeting amyloid protein using a 30-minute intravenous infusion, given monthly for up to 18 months, that the condition will be slowed down, but there are important side effects to be considered. Patients on infusion therapy are carefully monitoring for any signs of brain swelling, bleeding or inflammation called Amyloid Related Imaging Abnormalities (ARIA) using clinical assessment and repeat MRI brain imaging.
